By Monica LaSarre, Author This simple book is motivational and I felt inspired by reading it, having always struggled with the "right" way to lose weight. Covering such topics as eating less, discipline, coping with your weight-related feelings and developing a weight loss action plan were written in an easy, conversational style, as if I was sitting with a weight-loss expert and having a one-on-one consultation. Thanks for the helpful read!

The grammar, tenses, and syntax need to be fixed. There is little new info but some good points about motivation. However, the author offers no real, doable solutions for the truly motivationally challenged. I think this could be a good book with a rewrite and reorganization.
