This one astounded me with how wonderful it worked. I have tried to increase intuition several ways and was begining to believe I could gain no more. I found great improvements after just the first exercise. My only complaint is she sounds so stoic when she reads. I was very comforted that although she "sees" energy, she explains how anyway that you recieve the information is equally valid and she gives the benefits of each. No one is left out, she explains things in very simple terms without being demeaning.

Useful for developing intuition By Lion111 This CD contains useful exercises to increase intuition as well as a fascinating account of the author's own development of intuition. Many of the exercises are simple but effective. I did consult the author and found her to be accurate but not as specific as she describes herself on this CD. To obtain specific information about a disease or issue is more difficult than this CD makes it appear. I would have liked to see more practical examples of how to apply the intuitive information in everyday life. Some statements such as "your soul knows exactly what it is doing" don't really say anything! I would purchase this CD again because it contains some useful information and exercises.

Laura Alden Kamm did a nice job recounting her intuitive experiences, illness during which she had a near death experience, and how she came to be a medical intuitive. Along the way Kamm provides some not too difficult meditations to develop awareness or mindfulness to help open intuition. This is not a process that will happen overnight, but she offers some tools to assist in the process. She gives the listener examples to help them trust their intuition even when it seems illogical or you can't see why at that moment you need to have faith. I have found this to be true in my own life. Sometimes my intuition has moved me to do things that at the time I didn't understand and didn't want to do, but when I fell into it and trusted everything turned out fine and I realized I had been guided. Laura Alden Kamm gives the listener a simple "template" or process to follow when they use their intuition. What I also enjoyed about this set is that she relates to the spiritual side of things in a sensible and gentle way.What I wonder about is that she never mentions being incorrect. Practically every intuitive or psychic I know will tell you they can be wrong occasionally for a number of reasons. It makes me wonder if the picture painted is a little brighter than the reality. Still, overall I enjoyed the listen.We all possess intuitive ability and have had hunches that turn out to be correct, gotten that feeling in our gut, etc. and I believe we can all enhance this ability. Following Laura Alden Kamm's guidance will help with that process.
