I suspected Sawyer had secrets when he went off to San Francisco and didn't keep in touch with Imani. Although this story was paced with pain cheating death, it was really good story and beautiful.

I disliked both H/H, come on no one is that wishy-washy ...... neither of the H (men) could be remotely, considered an Male, much less an Alpha. I did not like any of the characters in the book not even the girl friends.... and description of the ethnicity or their character was so incorrect. Also there is a difference between being IMPOTENT and INFERTILE look it up..... you can't be" tupping" "shagging" "banging" the wife, and prostitutes while you are impotent. No even the friendships were genuine. Spoiler - how convenient that the husband died, it would have made more sense if you had killed him off when he had the car accident .............. how did he die, did he kill himself with the poison she left there, what happened to her suicide note , that she left behind... how come not investigation or explanation, she just stroll back in an got his money..... really? why was he punishing her when he started the ball rolling with the friend and never had another conversation with the friend, are you kidding me..... get real ! I am so mad that I paid even a dime for this book, I could chew bullets. THAT'S HOW MAD/ANGRY I'M.
