If this was printed in the same format as every other book on the planet, you could fit all the information that's actually useful on five pages. 85% of the information is fluff. Here's an actual quote- "Pain Gate Theory: There is something called the Pain Gate Theory, a term coined by Patrick David Wall, back in 1965. Basically, this term regards the use of a non-painful agent to drive pain away. In this case, the non-painful agent is cryotherapy." Kill meeeeee.

It actually helped me in increasing the knowledge and I am helping my friends to increase theirs.
