I thought it would be fun, but was skeptical about the "anti-stress" claim. Well I was wrong. Within a few minutes of coloring these intricate mandalas and designs, I sank into an ultra relaxed state. I can never shut my brain down to meditate, but this achieved it in minutes. And it's fun! My husband loves it too. We enjoyed it so much we bought fancy new markers (and I got stronger reading glasses) just for this new hobby.

0 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Kid Again By Kathy Keith I have really enjoyed this Quiet Moment coloring book. A friend and I go to Lake Erie and color. It's fun to see how different our pictures turn out. Can't wait for Niki's next book.
