    About the Author Andreu is a teacher, dancer, and choreographer. She started dance late-at 17-but made up for it by being involved in dance ever since. She received her training at numerous excellent schools in New York, including the prestigious School of American Ballet (the official school of the New York City Ballet). She holds an M.A. in Dance Education from Teachers' College, Columbia University, as well as several licenses in Dance--for High School, Junior High School, Early Childhood and Community Centers--from New York City Board of Education. She has performed and choreographed for musicals, operas and operettas in summer stock and Off-Broadway shows.
