About the Author Tara Reed has been doodling, painting, drawing and coloring since she could hold a crayon! Her favorite gifts as a child were new art supplies. She has been creating art for products that are sold in stores since 2004. In 2015 she launched her websites – PivotToHappy.com and ColorYourselfHappy.com – and her first coloring book. (This one!) Tara believes that a happy life is made up of the little happy moments you can always find if you are looking for them. She also thinks that laughter really is the best medicine, and she strives to create art that adds to the happy in people’s lives.

Erkes I'm not usually looking for adult coloring books, but this looks like a really well-designed and interesting coloring book for a gift for my adult daughter. The designs will be perfect for her to color with the great set of artist's colored pencils she likes to use. For a small gift, the price is right too.

By Debra Grogan When we are kids we colored outside the lines.....we used purple for the sun and green for cats, whatever color would strike our fancy that day....as an artist, sometimes I get stuck in the rigid confines of the work I do and need to stay inside the lines more than I would like to. I spent a few minutes playing and coloring with some markers and coloring outside the lines......sometimes you just need to take a deep breath and have a little bit of fun.....Take a few minutes out of your day and go back to that childhood moment, the one where you got a new coloring book, the pages were clean and beautiful, you opened a new box of crayons and then created your newest masterpiece! I had so much fun I may even put mine on my fridge! This book is filled with great illustrations and many positive thoughts! It certainly made me Color Myself HAPPY!

Now I have an outlet to color things just for me. I am thrilled by the design choices on the pages in the book. I have colored a few pages so far and hung my work up on the fridge. When I color, it is time for me to relax and unwind after a long day at work. I find it exciting to choose the colors I will use for each page. Also, looking for the arrows and the word Happy are fun. You will be Happy that you purchased this book!
