By Jason Couch I was interested to read this book because I have some friends and colleagues who frequently talk about gut health and possible issues, they have started to take probiotics to balance them out but much rather wanted to improve the balance in a more easy way. They’ve stumbled upon this book and recommended it. The explanation at the beginning of this book was really interesting and I learned a lot about the definition and benefits of microbiome and how it affects us. It’s always good to know the background information before starting on something. As far as the eating plan goes, the most interesting part of the recipes is the nutrition facts. This will keep you in full control and lets you know when you’re short on something or taking too much.There are many unique and effective recipes to be found in this book, that I would also highly recommend to people trying them out. Not only are they delicious, they are also very healthy for your gut balance. For anyone who is interested in improving their health, I think this book is very helpful in adjusting your lifestyle to healthier eating.

I’ve never been really overweight, but as I’m starting to age and adding on pounds more easily and rapidly since a few years ago, I tried several different diets and recipes together with exercise plans. Unfortunately, they haven’t really been working out and I never understood why. After a couple of years in a row of continuous attempts to lose the additional weight, I was almost at the point of giving up until I saw this book in a local health store and decided to try it. The author, Dan Wilson, taught me an entirely new way of understanding the human body and the importance of the gut in optimal health. I immediately began losing weight after the first week by following the given recipes, and continued to lose weight on a weekly basis. In roughly 1 or 2 months, I lost approximately 20 pounds already. The book was the perfect fit for me and I encourage anyone who found it difficult to lose weight to purchase this book and try out the recipes. Trust me, you’ve never had such an amazing results before by simply following healthy recipes.

By Vinny Steo I came across this book by accident and at first sight I was slightly turned off by the title. I’ve been struggling for quite some time with self-acceptance and love despite being in pretty decent health condition overall. I thought; I shouldn’t read a book that talks about losing weight. However, once I read the description I was hooked, I’ve been dealing with digestive issues my whole life and have tried many different diets and restrictions without ever fully being relieved of my symptoms. It’s a genetic issue that many members of my family are dealing with in the same way, and none have found a clear solution for it so far. After going through this book, a lot more makes sense to me now, and I am beyond excited to get down to business with the provided diet plan. I don’t have any weight to lose, but I really need to work on my gut health and balance it. I’m positive that I’ll see results very soon and I’d highly recommend this easy and informative read to anyone who is sick of trying. The recipes are really created on an expertise level together with accurate nutrition facts.
