About the Author Tom Ladshaw has been wowing audiences with his comedy for more than 30 years. Some of the material you can incorporate right into your routines, and others are excellent starting points to build on your own comedy! To the reviewer who stated the material was very dated.. I would say this.. Originality is critical.. for me..I love the ideas in this book.. if I see something I like but may not work for my particular audience..its my responsibility to take what the author has provided and tailor it to my character, my style and my audiences.. The author of this book has given me not only full jokes I can immediately work into sets, but stirred my creative juices...given me jumping off points to create material that works for me..this is a great book!
