Imagine my utter despondency when I turn to the "Fetish" (yes! yes!) section and find that there is nary a mention of garlic at all in this recipe. The whole essence of CK is garlic butter (GB), and there is no GB here at all. It is at best a rolled chicken nugget. There is no more to say! How can I trust the other recipes?
