It is thorough and concise and covers everything needed to succeed on your own. This book is written from real life experience. The author is an accomplished therapist and shares her knowledge and know-how that she has gained through the years being in a private practice. She knows what works and what doesn't and helps to streamline the process to make it as easy as possible. I like it that all the forms and letters needed to start your business are included in this book and you can alter the content to fit your individual needs - what a great bonus!

Keefer The best way to read this book is to sit by a fire if it's cool, or garden/pool if it's warm, with some tea or hazelnut iced coffee as I did, and luxuriate in the pictures and text of this delightful book by designer William Yeoward. The book is divided into chapters: Country Rooms for Living, Guest Cottage, Country Entertaining, Garden Living, City Living and Iconic William Yeoward.First, the designer takes you on a personal tour in his own winning words of his Cotswold home which was formerly a Victorian schoolhouse with a schoolmistress's cottage. Yeoward describes this country home with its pointed Gothic windows, quatrefoils, and "crisply carved stonework" as being a joy. His joy translates into the pages of this book and makes reading the book a joy. If you watch English mysteries as I do not only for the fun plots and characters, but also for the decor, you'll appreciate the rooms. While Yeoward's taste definitely isn't Miss Marple, he has taken the best of English design and given it some "elements of surprise". He has used intriguing color, fresh fabric designs and a mix of European antique furniture and modern furniture of his own design.Yeoward says he likes a bit of "clash" in rooms--they keep you awake. The rooms are alive and suit the 21st century while retaining elements of the past. It's fun to tour his blue-limey green-orange drawing room, cosy green library with aubergine sofa, large orange floral master bedroom and chocolate and blue guest room. Your eye gets to lavish attention on every detail with the generous photography. After touring the school house, it's on to the guest cottage.The guest cottage, built in the 1960's he describes as a plain Jane. But plain can be interesting, too, under Yeoward's inspired eye. Its exterior stucco has been softened with a pale ocher. There's a pale blue sitting room with Italian cut velvet red curtains. He painted one of the bedrooms "an elusive shade of pale violet" and decorated it in an older toile. The other bedroom is a more contemporary mix arranged symmetrically with 1950's sunburst mirrors. In all the homes here there is an abundance of art on the walls which warm them up and provide personality and interest.Then it's on to the garden room and gardens where Yeoward shares tips on entertaining and decorating with flowers. After his country home, next we visit his city pad in the heart of London. It's much more contemporary and edited, but with the same sense of experimentation and fun. The book reminds me of a slightly shorter English version of a favorite Bunny Williams' book on her Connecticut homes--that's a compliment! Yeoward designs collections for the home--including his signature crystal--and has a store in London and a showroom in New York. He lectures on design, and is a contributing editor for Elle Decor. After enjoying an hour or two with this enchanting book, you'll feel like you've spent a marvelous get-away weekend with an entertaining and educated host who has shared his elegant English homes with you. What can be better than that?

6 of 7 people found the following review helpful. Beautiful ! Love it By Oliver tang This is a beautiful book and has lots of fabulous photos and ideas. Its decorating master-class reflecting the personality of Mr Yeoward. I know there are lots of his things on display but the book is not a catalog of his wares. I like his interiors which are never over-the-top and impractical.Rooms are serene and beautiful (look at the fabric he uses ) but also fuctional where you can bring the kids and dogs in. Finally I was touched by his acknowledgement of his partner Collin. Such honesty. For the undecided- this is a good buy.

Oliver I was injured by a chiropractor in 2009. 3 times before that by 3 different chiropractors. Vertigo, in hospital 3X. Partial blindness, wandering eye, astigmatism and many other problems. I stayed away from chiropractic after a honest one gave me 2 treatments to correct all the misaligned bones, pinched nerves... that the dishonest chiropractors caused. Before that and from that date I have used;Medical doctors, physical therapy, movement, massage and alternatives to chiropractic. I also used the TRUE Bates Method to completely correct the eyesight.See YouTube videos, mine and others by actor Kevin Sorbo and thousands of people that have been injured by chiropractic.In some cases chiropractic can help heal the body; after being in a car accident.., but I prefer chiropractic be in the hands of a medical doctor. Most chiropractors will try to sell you endless monthly, some weekly treatments for life; endlessly twisting the neck, hips... back. It wears down the cartilage, it is risky, can rip blood vessels, damage nerves! People have had stroke, died from the treatment, especially the neck and shoulder level chiropractic twisting, popping of the spine.In the past, about 2 years ago Dr. Dewitt used many pictures in my books to make videos on YouTube and in his school. He did this without my permission. It took a long time trying to get him to stop this! He refused. I finally had to get a lawyer and contact YouTube management. YouTube helped me and removed the videos. (I first downloaded and saved for evidence the videos, along with the many emails, phone calls to Dr. Dewitt and his boss asking them to stop using my work. No reply, then only excuses. Very deceitful.)Now in 2015, about 2 years later; I see Dr. Dewitt has used my pictures again, but he is sneaking past copyright by covering the pictures with cartoon drawings pasted over the faces, cloths... My original text description is on some pictures.He knows I was injured by a chiropractor and I told him many times; I DO NOT endorse chiropractic. I do NOT want it associated with Natural Vision practice. And to please; Do NOT use my pictures. He is also stealing other content, text that is on the pictures.To Dr. Dewitt; Stop using the Natural Vision practice to sell chiropractic. Natural Vision students DO NOT need chiropractic to improve their vision. Chiropractic is risky, can harm people.Dr. Dewitt has also copied methods from other teacher’s books, websites; many who teach wrong, resulting in incorrect methods being added to his book. He also has not studied my books or Dr. Bates books well. He mainly just studies, copies parts of them.I do not endorse this, I do not approve of this.I wonder if his publisher can look under his pictures? See the originals he stole from my book?I have contacted Dr. Dewitt on YouTube after I recently saw his new videos and notice they contain my pictures, but are altered so he can avoid copyright infringement; he answers under his bosses name in a private message only and gives me the same old lies, ‘professional sounding’ replies but are really evasions.I let some of my students, fellow TRUE Bates Method teachers use my pictures, some content.I will not allow use of my work by someone that steals it, never asks permission and uses my work to sell chiropractic.These are grown men, acting like spoiled children.Buyer beware; if you have a spine problem; try movement, massage, physical therapy and other safer methods.There are alternatives to chiropractic.If your vision is impaired; avoid chiropractic.Use the True Bates Method. Free on the internet. It is safe.I give 3 stars for my reviews of 2 of Dr. DeWitt's books because in some cases chiropractic has cured the body. A famous story is of a lady that went blind. She went to the Edgar Cayce library of cures in Virginia; she found out that a bone in her neck, I think it was C-1, was out of alignment. A doctor put it back in place. Her vision immediately restored. This and vertebrae near it are main vertebra with nerves, blood vessels traveling to the brain, eyes, eye muscles. Many people have had strokes, died from this and other neck, upper spine (T1... area) vertebrae being moved by chiropractors. In this case the lady chose; blindness or take a chance on ONE chiropractic treatment. Her result was great. The vision restored.I think doctor DeWitt could be a very good teacher; if he would draw his own pictures, FULLY study the TRUE Bates Method. Avoid the unnatural methods (eye rotations...) and stop using Natural Vision, the Bates Method to sell chiropractic.I appreciate him thinking my pictures... are good enough to use in his school, books. But I must protect my copyright. We give free help to the blind, low vision people, charities, guide dog schools and our books help to provide this.Dr. Dewitt does teach a lot of correct and helpful things in the book. He seems to have a passion for the method.We need doctors to come forth and teach this method. Its been hidden by the MD's, corrupt eye doctors for over 100 years; because it works! So; I respect and thank Dr. Dewitt for teaching the method.I am willing to give him some free video lessons in 2016 if he likes. My website has a pdf listing all the unnatural methods corrupt-unnatural teachers sell; So you know who is good, who is teaching wrong, what to avoid.I had the same problem when I started in this profession in 1975; weeding out the bad guys. So many! Choose with experience.

Holiday audiences should really like these By JM Alexandria A really fine collection of mostly secular Christmas tunes that would sound good in most family or small gatherings. I am a fan of Meisner's collections-- they are not professional arrangements, but easily played after a few tries by intermediate players. Their level of difficulty would please most audiences, and after playing them for a few weeks this year, I'm confident that I can start playing them after next year'sThanksgiving, and have them mastered again next Christmas too. I like the choice of material too, we get "Drummer Boy", " Do you hear...", "My Two front teeth" and John Lennon all in one book.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. LOTS OF POTENTIAL: keep an eye on this author By DOA I wanted to give this four stars because the potential for a really good story is here. But the need for some editing hurts the book (short story, rather, it's very short) and makes it feel amateurish, despite the underlying good writing. I liked the plot and using Sue Grafton's books...it's a clever, meta-mystery idea, but it's handled a bit clumsily.One particularly disconcerting aspect of the story is the caricatured black people. They're very one dimensional, Janet Evanovich ripoffs (or are they clumsy homages?--he actually has one character compare herself to one of Evanovich's), and they talk like they're from a nineteenth century cotton plantation. For someone who was taught in school that this a racist way to depict blacks (is it? How do black people feel about it?) Every time they spoke I was jolted out of the story.The single greatest drawback for giving this another star is the rushed ending. This story could have been a good book with a likeable, quirky main character and an original plot, instead of an "almost-not-quite" short story with cardboard characters and a hurried plot.All of that said, I'd keep an eye on this author. He has the potential to become a mystery favorite.P.S. The cover is a bit amateurish, too, and probably won't catch the average mystery reader's eye. They tend to like color. The red scooter in the story parked in a Boston alley or in front of the teashop might be a better sell.

I laughed so hard on some chapters I had to quit and wipe my eyes so I could see to continue. I've even had a woman stop to ask me if I was okay. She apparently thought I was having a breakdown of some kind. I like the way each chapter is a stand-alone story. If I'm busy and there's a time gap between reading chapters, I don't end up lost and thinking "who are these people again" like I do with novels. Sometimes you see the "punch line" coming and sometimes you don't. Either way, you'll end up laughing out loud!!

Great book By Bob Vaughn A lot of people have asthma these days and I want to see if this book can provide me with the primary causes of asthma and the solution to this problem. I didn't want to sift through the many wiki pages out there since I like my information to be in one place.This book did not disappoint me. Not only does the author provide useful facts about asthma, but also alternative treatments for it, rather than the usual inhalers that I see quite often. Great book! I have to say my favorite has to be Jay he definitely a good thing for Marley, as far as Nolan's punk ass gotta go he wasn't man enough then and isn't now. To sum it up he worthless. Her story takes you on a rollercoaster ride full of drama. Who will she choose? Will it be Meek, who always has her back or will it be Nolan who is all about self? Then there is Jay, who I think is the one that she needs to be with. Who did she end up with? You have to read it to find out. There is more to this story, and I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Nolan irritated my soul throughout this book, he just needs to grow up and leave Marley alone with his trifling self. Rahmeek pulled at my heart strings being that he was always there for Marley, but Rahmeek wasn't innocent either. Please take one click and enjoy this roller coaster ride of a book!

I cam across this at a friend's house and loved the real-world application of Buddhism to daily living and the practice of therapy. Although I'm not a therapist, I found this book very relevant to my roles as husband, father, and friend. I like how the contributors took the serious matter of life not too seriously. Highly recommended to therapists and lay readers alike. Enjoyable and thought-provoking.

Get the ONE Super Follower of EVERY Number in the Game! This Book has the Delta-5 of ALL 220 Numbers on One List! In the Follower-1 book I introduced the Delta-3 number. This is a single “super follower” that tends to hit right after a number. All 220 box numbers in the Pick 3 game have their own Delta-3 number. In the book I explained the workout you have to do to identify this Delta-3 number. Doing this workout for a few numbers is no big deal - but how about doing it for 30 numbers? Or 50 numbers? Or 100 numbers? Or for all 220 box numbers in the game? That will take a while. I am going to be honest with you here: getting the Delta-3 number for all 220 box numbers in the game is a time consuming process - EVEN if you use my programs to do it because every number has to be done individually. Well, I have Good News for you! In this book you will find the Delta-5 of all 220 box numbers in the game in one easy to use list. There is also the corresponding 10 number playlist or shortlist for the Delta-5 digits as well. I am sure you will find this shortlist of just 10 number VERY useful! Once you have the Delta-5 of a number, you automatically have its Delta-3 number because the Delta-3 of any number is made up of the first three digits in Delta-5. And what is Delta-5? Five digits that tend to hit after a number. And this is Very Important: the first three digits in Delta-5 tend to hit together as a NUMBER. I call this number Delta-3. For example, the Delta-5 for the number 800 is 34951, which means that the Delta-3 number for the number 800 is 349 (the first three digits in Delta-5: 34951). And if you read Follower-1, you know this example: the number 800 hit New York on June 17, 2015. Result: The number 493 hit New York on the very next drawing on June 18, 2015. EXAMPLE 2: 047 hit New York on June 30, 2015. The Delta-3 for the number 047 is 2-1-4. The number 412 hit New York the next day on July 1, 2015. EXAMPLE 3: The number 059 hit New York on July 3, 2015. The Delta-3 of 059 is 3-2-9. The number 392 hit New York four drawings later on July 5, 2015. EXAMPLE 4: The number 022 hit New York on July 8, 2015. The Delta-3 of 022 is 5-1-6. Result: The number 615 hit New York two drawings later on July 9, 2015. Ok - How about other states? This system works in other states as well. EXAMPLE 5: The number 266 hit Texas on Tuesday July 14, 2015. This was the last draw of the day. The Delta-3 of 266 is 7-9-2. The number 792 hit STRAIGHT four drawings later on July 15 (Yes….STRAIGHT!). EXAMPLE 6: The number 761 hit New Jersey on July 9, 2015. The Delta-3 for 167 is 3-7-4. Result: The number 374 hit STRAIGHT the next day on July 10. EXAMPLE 7: The number 864 hit Florida on July 8, 2015. The Delta-3 of 468 is 1-2-6. Result: The number 261 hit five drawings later on July 11. Sometimes digits from the END of Delta-5 hit together. EXAMPLE 8: The number 269 hit North Carolina on July 13, 2015. The Delta-5 of 269 is 34956. Result: 695 hit on the next drawing (the last 3 digits of Delta-5: 956). The list you will find in this book will give you an almost unfair advantage. Simply look up the last number that hit your state on the list (which you may want to PRINT OUT because you will want to refer to it regularly). The list will have the Delta-5, Delta-3 and the shortlist for ALL 220 box numbers in the Pick 3 game. Your decision is clear at this point: BUY THIS BOOK RIGHT NOW!

Enjoyable read for anyone but a must-read for would be actors. Whoever picks up this book is in for a literary treat.

He also writes about working for David Merrick. He received helpful l acting advice from Lee Strasberg. He recalls the impact his college acting teacher had on him. He shares a wonderful story regarding the film Annie Hall, how a costume hed selected led to one of the movie's biggest laughs.He writes about his cousin Everett Slone, 'Bernstein' in Citizen Kane. He writes about working with Al Pacino in Sidney Lumet's Serpico.A superb memoir
